Bowie's album Diamond Dogs was my music of choice when I was gearing up to hit the city (Montreal) for a night of partying. I'll bet I could recite every word of it.

The 2015 EMI/Parlophone #Bowie remasters really do sound great. There are so many variations of this record (I have several including a UK first and a MOFI) but this one gets pulled out the most even though it’s from a digital source, which I would typically condemn on principle. Phenomenal. I've never heard of this gig, never seen screenshots of it. The outfits are incredible, as is the music.
Listening to Bowie's "Space Oddity" album (1969) today, for the first time in my life. Naturally, I've heard the title track a LOT but none of the others are familiar to me.
