@GottaLaff the ethical crisis isn't entirely of SCOTUS own making, the GOP has helped tremendously in creating it. Kudos to Mitch McConnell especially for all his efforts along with the Federalist Society and Leonard Leo, of course.
@GottaLaff we all already know none of them will ever recuse themselves, there are no consequences for them. It's good to see them being called out, but nothing will be done because they don't have to.
@GottaLaff The whole idea that the SC is not political needs to go away. It always has been. People just live longer now. Jefferson was right that we should change the constitution as time goes on. Either we do that or it all falls apart.
@virtualbri@GottaLaff great question, also is their any GOP appointed justice on the court that is not corrupt or has major conflicts of interest at this point? All of them should resign or be impeached, not that any politician in DC has the spine to actually hold them accountable though 🤷🏽♂️
