As I won't be able to compile the video the next day, I decided to just share the photos already. I played around a lot with foregrounds .. and honestly deleted most of them - but I also learned a lot.

We did this trail ... many years ago and we always wanted to revisit it. (of course I felt challenged to take better photos as well)

One of the photos from our hike through the #gleirschklamm near #Scharnitz . I finalized the #photos already - yet I'm struggling a bit with video-or-not.

Anyways, I like how the stream winds through the photo. I had to work a bit on the rock on the left so that it doesn't just look like a huge boring block.

I hope you feel both the strong stream but also the calm atmosphere of the moment.

Hey friends!

The weather forecast today was "a lot of rain". In the morning it had changed to "rain from 3pm".so we decided to do a small hike on the local #blomberg.

In the photos you see a couple of impressions from our 3h activity. It was really the best decision to go out.
We just returned, had a coffee are relaxing on the couch and the rain and thunder just started rolling over us.

A rarely post about my work: But today was nice:

On an event part of my work / use case was presented amongst others. Yesterday I was told that it would be great if I'd present it myself. Slides were all prepared for me (didn't have to do them myself!) and I was introduced as "the champion of the tech-adopters".

I wasn't told before!! I just thought I should talk about my UseCase.
That was really a nice surprise.

Hey friends,
we are back from a day in the #mountains! We both didn't feel too well when starting but we did the tour as planned:

We came up to the peak (from where the photo was taken), went to the 2nd behind me, back around the 1st up to the 3rd visible in the center and cont'd to the 4th in the back right at the border of the photo.

And then back down. Mood was good as you can see 😊 we are now tired but well tanned.

I finished the #photos from last weekend. This is directly from the start. And I admit, I had a pretty WOW feeling.

I'm not 100% satisfied as I wanted even more blur in the front. But still it's been one of the greatest views at the start of a hike I ever had.

Hey friends! We just came back from a great hike near #garmischpartenkirchen. We wanted to do this mountain recently but the snow in the upper part was too risky for us.

Today we went there again. Beautiful ascent, nice views. Some spray rain and a slippery, dirty descent. But at the end we even had some sun!

Now we feel tired and a bit sore 😉

I'm done now with cleaning up the start page of my #photography website!

• removed the right panel
• changed the featured galleries to a slick one column display
• fixed the headline alignment
• moved the link to the archives at the end
• added another featured gallery to the overview that I just had FORGOTTEN 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

All that - knowing that really not a lot of people will visit it 😄

Hey friends, it's snowing here and we even have the ground covered by snow!

#cycling loop done! I never rode my #MTB up this particular forest road to the #mountain and maybe I now know why: Some part of it is really steep - or I'm just unfit. But woah did I drive on my personal limit for quite a while!!

BUT: I did it! And it feels awesome!

The 10min downhill was a lot of fun, for sure! But next time I'll try the other side of the mountain again to drive up.

I just packaged a print of one of my #pristineWinter photos that a friend bought. - It's always a bit emotional to know that someone likes a work of mine SO MUCH that she's even paying for it.

In times where there are SO many photos out there, so many GOOD photos and so easily accessible. Where even the tip of a thumb ("like") has become a scarce currency ...

I so appreciate this commitment and value it.

Just had a nice #afterwork #cycling loop to get some fresh air after an office day.

I went along a new express-bike-way that was finalized shortly before winter between #badtoelz and #lenggries . Nothig special - except that I started recently to add it on #openstreetmap . Yet I didn't remember all the bends and junctions by heart. That's why I went there again today.

So it was in part a mapping-ride today 😄
