@Andre_LA Thank you! I'm using the GameMaker engine (and Aseprite for pixelart)
this mechanic is just a collision rectangle that turns off depending on where the player is relative to it, so most of the work was making the animation :)

@runevision Thank you! The sword creates a force on the box in the direction it's stuck in when recalled. The box stops due to friction and the values add up to 3 tiles.
The current placeholder animation for returning might not convey this pulling force very well
