Got it because I'm a fan of #TheFirm (both book & movie). An entertaining read, full of suspense, though it felt more like a spy #thriller rather than a legal thriller, to be honest.
The biggest problem: it didn't need to be a sequel to The Firm. Mitch did very little, and it barely used his considerable cunning.
It's been great seeing the excitement for "The Spiral and The Threads" building over the past few weeks. In particular, the increased interest in the previous "Nod/Wells Timelines" books has been wonderful. Thanks, everybody!

I was so looking forward to THE YEAR OF THE LOCUST, and yet, somehow, it's arrival in my ebook queue came as a hell of a surprise. So, needless to say, everything else got swept aside and I settled in for what I hoped would be some days of engaging espionage thriller reading.
