Generate a photorealistic image of two adult women, one of Caucasian descent and the other of South Asian descent, both engaged in the action of sharing a joint. They both are dressed in casual clothing, having a relaxed vibe around them. Embellish the image with a psychedelically enhanced colourful mosaic background giving it a surreal, dream-like atmosphere. Please make sure the interpretation doesn't endorse or promote drug usage, but rather capture a cultural aspect of the era.
