Loved the British Library's 'Fantasy: Realms of Imagination' exhibition. Looks at different aspects of modern fantasy by contextualising them historically. See the handwritten notebook for Coraline by @neilhimself sitting next to C S Lewis's original ideas for The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. There is the manuscript of Beowulf, Gandalf's staff from the Lord of the Rings films, and much more. A great celebration of books and fantasy.

A really worthwhile listen, especially if you are a Pratchett-enjoyer. There’s also some lovely chat about collaborative writing and some moving insights into a unique writer.
I have always been fascinated by Folklore and Myths, so I knew Treacle Walker would be a hit. Digging into old English beliefs and stories, Alan Garner created a fun and coming of age adventure where a little boy meets a strange traveler, possibly from another Realm. If you love the work of Terri Windling, Neil Gaiman, Susanna Clarke or Ellen Kushner’s Thomas the Rhymer, you will fall in love with Alan Garner’s book.

This one was very personal. I'm a longtime fan of @neilhimself, possibly the nicest man on the planet and an astonishingly good writer.
So many artists and illustrators who have influenced me went into this. There's a lot of me in in two, parts of it are old art I drew nearly 2 decades ago.
