A view from the south-east of Stac Pollaidh or "Stack Polly", north of Ullapool in Wester Ross. At 2,008ft or 612m in height, this is a mountain that easily makes up in character and charm for what it lacks in stature. A fantastic end to the day on the Achadas da Cruz Promenade. I took this photo using my favorite film photography setup 🥰 ~ Achadas da Cruz, Madeira, Portugal 🇵🇹

Avalanche Peak part three: the way down. Quite cruisy through Scott's track, watching this crazy Devils Punchbowl waterfall that was definitively worth a peek, despites the extra hiking time at the end of the walk. Absolutely mesmerising, one of the most beautiful waterfall I saw in Aotearoa. #hike#hiking#mountain#mountains#waterfall#nature#Canterbury#AvalanchePeak#Aotearoa#NewZealand#NZ
Splitting time today between the long task of processing photos from our recent #cruise and the long task of swapping out the Jetpack tiled gallery in heavy use on my site, and this photo is from the former long task.
This is the Powerscourt Estate in #Ireland and the #mountain peak in the distance is Great Sugar Loaf.
It's funny when you look back through your images folders and find a strange image totally out of context.
No idea when I took it, where I took it, or what on earth is going on 😲😄
Auroras is the theme for this week, so here is another of the Cascade mountains. Mount Hood which is located it Oregon and one of the Cascade volcanoes.
Edinburgh in sunset/sunrise mode.
A beautiful city, with fabulous architecture and endless history, there are endless photo opportunities here, especially in that golden hour.
