Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting sunset (h/t George Harrison), Hidden Lake, Fall Mountain, Plymouth, Connecticut. February 18, 2018, 5:44 PM. After a day of thawing, numerous holes in the ice reflect the lingering pinks and golds of a sunset under a crescent moon.

It's been slightly raining repeatedly. It was also an exercise in heat / sweat control: The high humidity during rain prevents the sweat to vaporise and thus it doesn't cool you down very well. Going slower is the way to go 🤗
Being prepared is key - same as being careful as everything is slippery: rocks, wood, roots...
