As many of you know, I have worked for @novalauncher for 8 1/2 years. When I was hired, I was done so as a contractor and remained a contractor the entire time. Then two years ago, Branch Metrics acquired Nova and while I made the transition over, I was still a contractor due to Branch not having things setup to hire full time employees in the state of North Carolina. Today, that has officially changed. Effective today I am finally considered a full-time employee for Branch and for Nova Launcher itself. This has been a very long time coming and something I've hoped to have happen and today is finally that day.

#Walmart#receipt checkers are the worst. Once you have purchased your items and #paid, they belong to you, and you are under no obligation to comply with an #employee who wants to stop you from leaving so they can look at your receipt. And they are not legally able to prevent you from leaving the #store if you don't want to participate in their #charade. When they ask for your receipt, simply say, "no thank you, have a nice day", and go about your business.
