Anyone know a good or similar to test out colors/designs for an OC, esp a vtuber kinda thing?

I have some vague ideas and I'll be working with a real artist but I'd like to work out stuff as much as I can myself first.

I know a few color palette sites but nothing specific for character design.

Decided to start creating something in Womp today, a free online SDF modeler (subscription = more features).

Although MagicaCSG wins in terms of speed, versatility and UI / UX, Womp has got some nice features too.

"Zomboy" update…

It's interesting to explore Womp. No colors assigned yet, except for the brain.

As you can see, the hair shows some stairstepping artifacts, due to Womp's segmented curve structure. In comparison, #MagicaCSG's curves are smooth.

Work continues tomorrow.

Celebrating the public testing stage of the Unbound SDF 3D modeler and game editor (see previous post in this thread for details), here are three images I made with it.

In the Cloudmaker and the snail image, I made use of Unbound's "Splats", an alpha-based scattered texture, enabling easy fur, smoke, grass, et cetera.

At the end of 2020, I created this cover illustration for a recapitulating publication of the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.

Despite the negative events, the illustration needed a positive vibe. Hence the convivial snowglobe.

Created in Blender and rendered with Octane Render.
