This is driving me crazy. When using #aseprite The mouse wheel zooms but I want it to scroll. I have the option set, I'm uninstalled #aseprite, cleared all my setting. This used to work and my other Mac the wheel scrolls. My OCD is taking over and I can't do any work until this is fixed.
For completion's sake, here's my older tile experiment in the new format. Man I've almost forgotten how the whole deal works again. Gotta do some more tilesets soon.
We (@jalder and I) came up with an idea for a very small game last night that we could use to test godot... so I got started on the main character. #pixelart#indiedev#aseprite
What do you think?
Someday the @tcrf entry for something I make is gonna mention that there's a bunch of .aseprite files in it and "they don't know why" but I know why. It's because I'm an idiot and can't export right. That's why. #indiedev#gamedev#aseprite
As part of my playing around with #gamedev I wanted to experiment with pixel art. I'm a programmer and not an artist, but I used to paint models and studied a bit of how old games were made to look good so I gave it a shot to make a bucket. So here's my first #pixelart ever: A bucket. Made with #aseprite
Okay, so hear me out. I have been using Aseprite for more than one year and just as of know I get to know that you can make angled shapes by holding ALT, which would have made my life far less miserable if I knew it since ever.
See, kids, that is why you should read the documentation.
I did a run through of some tutorials made by @illusionofmana for #blender so I could test out #aseprite and there are things I do like and things I don't about my texture but since this is basically the first texture I've ever made I will take it. #primbabase made the workflow pretty good I feel, I just need to get more familiar with everything it can do.
