This is driving me crazy. When using #aseprite The mouse wheel zooms but I want it to scroll. I have the option set, I'm uninstalled #aseprite, cleared all my setting. This used to work and my other Mac the wheel scrolls. My OCD is taking over and I can't do any work until this is fixed.
@grumpygamer I've been having weird issues with aseprite recently, like the mouse cursor being invisible on the preview window, and uninstall doesn't fix it. This isn't helpful, haha. Guess I'm just commiserating.

I’m not sure if this is the correct solution to your problem in Aseprite but I found that going to “Edit” and then “Keyboard Shortcuts” and then selecting “Mouse Wheel” on the left you can then click on “Custom” at the top.

I then removed the zoom option at the bottom of the Action list and then where it says “Scroll Vertically” (or “Scroll Horizontally” whichever one you’re using) I removed the original option that was in there (if there is one). I then clicked on “Add” and then just clicked okay and then the setting changed to “Default Action” and so scrolling with my mouse wheel will scroll up and down in Aseprite.
