#today I saw that the Lilly-of-the-Valley (Convallaria pseudomajalis) is doing it's best, in spite of the cold and wet we've been having here in #NewEngland . It helped brighten my day. 😀 #gardening #spring #nature
We were in SW Michigan over the past weekend. Driving through the countryside between small towns we came upon this grand old home. I wish we had the time to stop and there was someone on the property. I would have loved to havenseen the rest of this house. This picture was taken out the car window while cruising by 😁
Tantallon Castle was built in the mid 14th century by William Douglas, 1st Earl of Douglas. It was besieged by King James IV in 1491, and again by his successor James V in 1527 when extensive damage was done and again during Oliver Cromwell's invasion of Scotland in 1651. It has reminded a ruin ever since.
What I’ve been enjoying most about #Mastodon is following so many creative people. I enjoy nature photography and spring has finally arrived in the #pnw
So here are a few #garden pics! #photography#flowers#spring
Inspired by my son, who buys #flowers for his room each week, I bought a small bunch of #poppies for my office. Almost all the buds were closed on Sunday. I put the vase behind me and every time I turn around, something has bloomed and shifted! It's so trippy and fun to observe. I feel like I'm being watched. 👀🌸
A few #spring pictures from my enchanted #garden. We had a lovely sunny weekend so on top of the work we were able to sit outside and enjoy all the green and birdsong surrounding us. #photography #gardening
Fragrant peony tulips “Angelique” and “Cream Upstar”. Long lasting color deepens and changes over the season and so gorgeously fragrant. #NewEngland#garden #spring
