"The Bay"...is Yaquina Bay which is located in Newport on the Central Oregon Coast.

It is home to Oregon's and, probably the West Coast's largest fishing fleet. The Yaquina Head Lighthouse is one of the most popular lighthouses on the Oregon Coast.
