So apparently #KristiNoem cherry-picked an insignificant gang that happens to call themselves The Ghost Dancers to gin up campaign outrage over drug-running into Pine Ridge.
Noem has a well-documented history of contempt for Native sovereignty, so I don't really find it plausible that she just randomly picked that gang with that name. It's almost certainly just cynical #bullshit.
