I realize that having my server set to delete posts older than 7 days means bookmarks often get removed. I love to bookmark things that I'll come back to later.

Since it took me a while to figure this out, if you want to block a domain on your logged in account that your admins have already suspended at the server level, you have to do a CSV import.

Also, you can see what domains you have blocked by clicking the dots/hamburger menu next to your profile name.
