Washington County Controller April Sloane, A REPUBLICAN, was arrested last week at her county office. North Strabane police filed the animal cruelty charges after dog’s body was found stuffed in a garbage bag in a back corner of Sloane’s garage. She is accused of starving her dog to death.
Rick Scott dumped his dog but at least he didn't starve it to death.
Today, Canada banned trade in elephant ivory and rhino horn—including the import of hunting trophies containing these parts. This is truly something worth celebrating on behalf of these animals!

Videos showing extreme cruelty to baby monkeys are spreading rapidly on social media – especially Telegram, a popular encrypted messaging service.
In 2021, Lady Freethinker published a report in partnership with Action for Primates on one of the first big private monkey hater groups on Telegram – Milliontears.

I'm not usually a follower of celebs but besides his phenomenal bass playing for Black Sabbath, he's a vegan and has campaigned on animal cruelty issues, and in 2015, in his own words a Nazi type was mouthing off in a bar "and me hand sort of met his chin. I whacked him one."
