Starting my 3rd iteration of our elephant mascot. The proportions and design of him will be mostly the same, but I want to simplify the polygons greatly and use textures for the details this time.
Thinking about texturing this super blocky state (maybe a few more cuts) just to UV unwrap something really simple and make a cute blocky version of Ivory. Will be good practice and probably look super cool too!

The completed work on making @lupomancer an inflatable latex hyena last night during the stream! Glued-on spots raised in height, panel overlap seams from the panels of latex glued together, and a proper sheen to fit with the final result! Really happy with how this turned out!

I get so messed up trying to learn 3D art. I get torn between feeling under-inspired when putting prefabbed stuff together in UE5 & get bored, & feeling overwhelmed being completely incompetent with Blender. Three-dimensional fractals and digital paintings done in MS Paint; both probably took quite some time until they were finished, and the images are connected by the colours of a rainbow and a retro vibe.
