2/6 Traditional abstract art would deconstruct objects and persons into geometrical shapes and colours. Digital #GlitchArt takes a similar approach on pixel level. Together, these artworks feel to me like car & driver from a gritty TV series from the 80s.
3/6 The intimate embrace of two faceless dolls is mirrored by the overlapping energy levels of two atoms. The tones of paper and parchment that both artworks use gives them a physical, nostalgic feeling.
4/6 When I think of waves and the sea, I usually have images of water on my mind. Here, the wave is created by #GenerativeArt and by a picture of the tops of the palm trees lining the beach. The corresponding colours and aspect ratios of both artworks make them belong together. I love how these two pieces seem to tell each other's story!
