    I woke up at 7 again. I am a champion. Now I just have to continue doing it everyday forever. I think the trick is that if I want to wake up at seven I really have to be in bed by 10, which is earlier than you might think.

    @lisamelton that was heartwarming to read. I can imagine that their confusion is still maybe difficult on you, but it’s also logical. Hopefully you can get rid of the deadname and wrong gender on official documents soon as well, so that next time there won’t be any confusion anymore.

    Word of caution: Don't pause workouts on your Apple watch and then forget about them for a day or so. My arm now has several slight burns.

    If you see the green light when putting the watch on, kill the workout. Don't leave it going for the entire day, wonder why the battery ran dry and then remove the watch to find, well, this.

    Apple Watch 4. Yes, I am clueless.
