RFF recently assisted in our own small ways, the creative community outreach of FediVision.

It was heartening to see so many artists put themselves out there and even more friends realise how much amazing indie art is right next door, accessible and keen to share, chat and collab.

We invite you to keep fomenting that cycle of discovery and support. Building durable connections for art and comradery.

We have seen recipriocal boosts for artist voices and community friends alike. Powerful!

RFF exists as a rally point so you can drop in and make fun and exciting connections, and as directly as possible make things happen outside of any extra walled garden from us.

Because every day is a great day to discover and support indie artists and each other.

We want to normalise a fair shake for voices outside the great walled silos and assist in the difficult for many of us tasks of "reach" for sharing our voices, seeking community and indeed surviving.

If you reckon that is too heavy and would prefer everyone just shut up and push play, I urge you to spend a few moments on the channels, follow some artists to not just see the lovely vibes of an uncompetitive organic community but to be inspired to amplify them!

If you haven't had the chance to interact with a friendly independent artist you are missing out on not just making their day/week/more, but also more often than not getting love and appreciation in return.

Many thanks to friends of the station old and new that have secured 91% of infra funding for the next year. It is a load I cannot carry and having zero existential crisis when the server bills pop up is how we carry on.

With your help we can continue to explore how alternative discovery layers and community emphasis can help invigorate if not help sustain our creative cousins.

We hope you had a chance to enjoy some of the light hearted overwhelmingly warm and supportive artist and friendly fedizen sharing and discourse for this years FediVision.

In line with the event organisers and their schedule, RFF will keep the pop-up channel running for the next week.

Follow any number of them and you will begin to see some awesome comradery around listening, creating, supporting independent music and art of all kinds. All are quite friendly helping others find things they might like or things they hadn't thought they might like.
