I just finished Scavengers Reign, an animated sci-fi series. It was so inventive. Quiet, even when chaotic. And filled with an imaginative ecosystem of plants and wildlife. The illustration style is also rad. Very 60s.
I’m really bummed it didn’t get tapped for a second season. Though Netflix is teasing at the idea. So maybe?
Anyway, the first season is SO worth your time. Even if it ends there.
It’s inherently infuriating about having an unmasked healthcare worker ask you if you’ve experienced COVID symptoms while checking you in for an appointment.

What if I say “yes”? How will my experience change? Are you gonna send me home? Suddenly put on a mask?
What if I DO have COVID and say “no”? Sucks for you, I guess, because my COVID is flying over to you right now.
@jessamyn I was joking with a friend about this earlier. I’ve made a number of Wikipedia edits. I wanted to make this one, but I wasn’t on the ready. I said whoever made the edit must have had it cued up with their finger hovering over the submit button. 😂
