I installed the Radio New Zealand news app on my phone in an attempt to find another source of news.

More than a third of the articles are Australian. I don't just mean they're about events in Australia, I mean they are written by Aussie reporters, and pertain solely to Australia, and have nothing to do with New Zealand at all. They certainly don't rate international coverage.

I expected to see stuff that relates to NZ. Not Australian news.

    Certain types of sea urchins will pick up a shell with their tube feet and ‘wear’ it, with a behavior known as “covering reaction”, mainly because they shy away from light.

    So aquarium enthusiasts 3D-printed tiny hats and they actually wear them.
    This isn't photoshop... it's real sea urchins wearing hats.

    Don't write generic descriptions for alt text. "Screenshot of a news article" might technically describe an image, but it does nothing to convey the information or context sighted users get from the image. People who can't see the image need the same information and context.

    It had been a while.
    She wasn't sure how long, exactly; a few years, at least.
    Now a new family were moving in to the old place. She wasn't sure yet if they were the "do it up" types, or "preserve the memories" types. Personally, she preferred the latter.
    It was fun, seeing a new family in the neighbourhood. Getting to meet them, hear their stories. Sometimes they liked her, and would talk to her. Sometimes not.
    The ghost hoped there would be children her own age this time.
