All the whining about women having actual goals, dreams, and wants of their own that don't always include marriage and kids. From the same clowns who complained about women wanting to get married. Same guys who if they were married would complain about being married.
Have you seen gross utter horseshit from bible thumping men how girls need to be married off when they get their periods to prevent them from having careers, higher ed, and being independent? This way men can "mold" them and "save america". I cannot vomit enough over this crap.

I think parenting is a meaningful human experience, but it's not always especially pleasant. If you're with the wrong partner (let's be honest, the designation of wrong partner accurately describes a vast majority of men who expect to be mothered as much if not more than their own kids) this unpleasantness is upped by a factor of 10.
Is being a part of the continued human story by contributing more humans to the world worth it? Depends on who you are and what your outlook is.
It isn't for everyone. And being unattached with lots of cute pets doesn't negate valuable contributions to society or a fulfilling life.
I'd definitely take the cats over anyone who calls themselves "alpha." (TBF, I'd opt for a rabid badger stuffed in my trousers over one of those guys.)

Nuh uh, it isn't an easy choice. A cat that cooks with me for free and be my faithful friend or a cat girlfriend that just loves me is not an easy choice for a true romantic that also suffers from foodie-ism. 🤣

Generally not, but sometimes they get friendly and I'll end up with a chook on my knee or something. I used to have a very friendly one that liked to sit on my shoulder!
It's the coolest thing when I come home and they all come running towards me :) Even if I know that they're just hoping for food, I still love it!
@RickiTarr The problem with such men is they don’t know they are the problem, and they don’t have enough self awareness to ever figure it out. It is tough having to share any characteristics with idiots like that.
I’m not an Alpha Bro, and I think men who think they are have a screw loose, but I would be happy to live alone with a houseful of shelter cats (though it’d like better to be living with my wife and a houseful of cats).

@digichelle@RickiTarr The only person I've ever seen call himself an alpha male was quite the opposite, but trying too hard to compensate. It's a very weird thing to say.
