A #literature question

For a revamp of my school's CEFR B1/B2 level English #teaching (lower to upper intermediate) literature component I'm looking for poems, short stories, and novels (for first pages assignments) and, most of all, a modern play!

The focus, and here's the catch, is #diversity. Anything that asks our pupils to see others than the neurotypical cis white hetero male perspective. #queerlit #bipoclit #nntlit, all suggestions would be welcome!

Please accept my #fedipaint #Blanchitsu entry, even though I burned out on the project 2 weeks in.

I love the challenges you set us, and it's purely my need for bright and light and colourful that scuppered my enthusiasm.

Another factor may have been my oil wash, varnish, oil wash sequence, which apparently forked shift up.

Did enjoy making the loincloths a lot, tho!

Yes you probably recognise Boris Johnson in this. It's post apocalyptic BoJo by @FenrisGames and I bought it for my proxy #BloodBowl #CountBBFace team, in case the revised Vampires had a Thrall lineman.

His only purpose is to get his arse kicked.

Second night for the #bloodbowl7s rookie league. Lots a fun was hard left and right, bombers flattened orcs, a skaven with a stiletto stabbed wood elves left and right, vampires and werewolves were going at each other in the sequel that #Twilight needed, and wood elves beat up Lizardmen with no remorse.

Loved hearing them exchange enthusiastic stories post game.

And I felt inclined to sculpting a face on one for a #BloodBowl treeman and I'm giving up immediately again 😬 may steal a Trish Carden face with oyamaru clay and stick that on.

And built v2 of my paint holder. Found out the 3mm plywood is 4mm and warped AF😬

Made the first #BloodBowl 7s league in my area a definitive fact, 21/5 kickoff evening! Haven't got a name yet but one came up with a gem.

Also added the last eye white to my elves, and applied ochre dry pigment to them, to varying degrees of success, and added lighter orange to the loin cloths. That's un- #blanchening I guess.

I have a highly specific question that I would like to ask to the #Warhammercommunity

Which #warcry bands can very easily double for #Mordheim ?

In the school #WarhammerAlliance we are looking to diversify the range of games available to students. For both of the above games the max warband size is capped at around 15.

But do the rules reflect that? Do we have any grognards here who can help with this?

Dug out a baobab tree for a #BloodBowl project that stalled over 2 years back, and I gave it its first layer of colour.

Also did an image search for it. It's going to be wild.

Worked on the base markings of my #Mordheim warband. Tomorrow to get rid of the final spots of white.
