I heard about Palestinian salad a couple of weeks ago, it usually contains fresh mint and no bell pepper (I think) but I am a slut for dill and had peppers to use up. It’s honestly so good.

I’m too feart to go to the pool and just try it, I can swim I’m just horrendous at it, I could maybe do one length of a standard pool if I’m lucky.

@piglet I know some gyms do lessons for adults but I’m not too sure if I’d like it, planning on getting a kickboard and just working on my technique that way

@Robbins I can front crawl, I’m just horrendous at it, I might just try and practice technique then resort to lessons if I can’t get it right. I’d like to be a good swimmer, it seems like the least boring form of cardio.
