Or admin fees in general, I used to work at sky and we would charge a £10 admin fee on any account changes and were only allowed to waive it under exceptional circumstances and called it “ a good will gesture”
So much of the conversation in suicide prevention leans towards destigmatising not being okay and learning to talk and I think that is massively important, but I think the way socioeconomic factors can come into play is not spoken about nearly enough. In Scotland, if you live in a deprived area you are at a higher risk of dying by suicide.
I truly believe one of the best prevention methods would be to build a world where people can just live, be free from marginalisation, can actually afford to live comfortably, have universal healthcare that is properly funded and works.
I heard about Palestinian salad a couple of weeks ago, it usually contains fresh mint and no bell pepper (I think) but I am a slut for dill and had peppers to use up. It’s honestly so good.
@piglet I know some gyms do lessons for adults but I’m not too sure if I’d like it, planning on getting a kickboard and just working on my technique that way
@Robbins I can front crawl, I’m just horrendous at it, I might just try and practice technique then resort to lessons if I can’t get it right. I’d like to be a good swimmer, it seems like the least boring form of cardio.
