There is a tile hanging from my roof that’s due to fall off and I noticed it yesterday. I got in touch with two different roofers and both of them ghosted me after saying they could come out and have a look at it. It’s over a public footpath and I’m terrified it’s gonna fall and hit someone.

I resealed my bathroom and kitchen, cleaned all of downstairs and the upstairs hall, then cleared out a cupboard full of my dad’s jackets ready to be stored so I have room for my own jackets.
