@violetmadder Palestinians need weapons for self-defense, not just food. Palestinians' right of self-determination has been granted by UN resolution 242 for decades. Our law on terrorism was designed to strip this based human right from the Palestinians. Our government is telling people that Israel has never "occupied" Gaza or the West Bank. Our government is equating Palestinians to terrorists. This can only fool the blind supporters of the Democratic Party or the Republican Party alike.

Why do I believe #Biden will lose in 2024?

  1. Most people voted for him because they hated Trump.
  2. The lack of voter enthusiasm sealed Hillary's fate in 2016. Trump has many die-hard fans; Biden doesn't.
  3. His blind support of Israel will not give him more votes from conservative Jews and will give him fewer from Liberal #Jews. He will lose many votes from #Muslims.

    Two things are true:

    There's been an explosion of really vile , some coming from pro-Palestinian protesters. It's terrifying.

    Calls for a ceasefire and condemnation of Palestinian civilian deaths are being labeled antisemitism, even when they come from Jews. It's slanderous.

    These things feed into each other.

    It's a terrible time to be a pro-Palestinian, anti-occupation Jew. We're really getting hit from all sides right now.

    @timbray There is no debate. Just count all the destroyed and damaged buildings. Over 10,000 buildings were totally destroyed and 150,000 to 200,000 buildings damaged. If there is one person killed in each building, over 10,000 Palestinians have already been murdered, some of whom are not known and will never be identified. Whoever says the figures released by the hospitals are fake must be very dumb or ignorant or lying or both.
