@mcc I deleted one that didn't have any answers - just comments under my question. I didn't get a notice about that one being reverted. At least not yet. The other ones which I edited I received notice that they were reinstated.

The account deletion was under the edit profile... somewhere. I'm afraid I can't think of the right section, but it was there a couple of days ago. Took 24 hours for them to confirm the account was deleted.

Staying in a rather cheap hotel. The young woman on one side has a voice that goes right through the wall, and at least once an hour gives a high speed lecture to someone inaudible about how everything is absolutely their fault and certainly not hers. A weaponised gift of the gab.

@demofox I'm now actively blocking as much "AI news" as I am able to.

Which sucks because there is still some interesting "real" AI that isn't Generative AI that I'm missing, but I just can't deal with it anymore.

e.g. "Whatโ€™s going to stop us being charged for pirated copies of our games?"

Imagine if your game takes off and half of the installs are pirated? You'd end up paying more than the revenue you earned!

@mcc What brand/model is it (the KVM)?

I'll probably be looking for one when I need to upgrade next time (soon-ish). I'm thinking of moving from my current setup (iMac w/Windows VM/WINE) to (Mac mini + windows machine w/KVM).

So the air danger level dropped from 10+ yesterday to 7 last night to a basically-regular 3 around noon today, but it's going back up to 5 or higher tonight and tomorrow, so now I'm doing fuzzy mental arithmetic trying to figure out whether it makes sense to open windows and doors to air out the apartment for a bit to push through not-perfect-but-cleaner-than-the-5-ish-inside air before switching back to running the filter
