I'm looking for an audio file to text converter. I want to feed an audio file into an app and have it automagically output a text file. Nothing fancy, just quick and reasonably accurate. Thanks for any tips.

@swope Not speech to text in the sense I speak into a mic and output text. I have video files I want to caption. I want to feed the audio track into an app and output text that I can clean up. I'd prefer a GUI and I want to work locally bc I distrust cloud based systems. Thanks.

Do you know any of these guys? This was on the balcony of the old French control tower at , , ca 1969. I'm the good looking guy holding the camera. The is adamant I get tested for exposure. I don't need no steenkin' tests, I know I was exposed. I'd like to know if any of the guys in the pic have had cancer or other AO related effects. I keep telling the , at my age, I'm gonna die sooner than later but now, I'm curious. Thanks.

@Lizette603_23 Thanks, after two years talking it out with a VA therapist, my head is screwed on tightly, again. It's 85F with a slight breeze in my part of AZ.
