#MangoPi update:

I installed and customized #Tmux. Installed #GPM. Now I can easily move between panes with a mouse or with a keyboard.

#Lynx has been a fun way to surf the web. I can confirm that @geerlingguy & @thelinuxcast sites look good on Lynx

Running #Btop and #Cmatrix give it that “hacker” feel. Now I just need to find a #RSS reader.

Lastly I went with #BlueDolphin as the terminal theme. I think it pulls it all together very well. Overall I am pretty happy with how things worked out with the Mango Pi.

@Wyatt I agree, they tend to be a happy medium between light and dark themes. As long as there is decent contrast they are all good in my book

Outside of not having Newsboat (for the time being), I think I have my #MangoPi set up how I want it.

I think it looks pretty snazzy. Gotta give a shout out to @thelinuxcast for having a Lynx friendly website

@geerlingguy random question about your nas build: with the ssd bracket attached, are you able to remove the drives (safely) all at once? Or do you have to disassemble the bracket and pull the drives one by one?

No can do on :reactos: 😭. My mini pc does not have the option for legacy boot mode. I also could not find a successful work around.

To get that “full desktop” experience I am reinstalling #VoidLinux with the @xfce iso. I am still staying with #musl. I will probably install #Cinnamon too.

#Gnome was okay, but the inability to easily install the extensions was a no bueno for me. My gnome needs to have some spice; vanilla doesn’t cut it 🌶️

I have to say #Gnome is growing on me for #SBC use. I like how it focuses me more since many SBC are limited in resources and are not great at multitasking.

Hey peeps I need some help. I want to see I can run gentoo on my raspberry pi zero 2; issue is I am not running gentoo on any of my PCs to be able to compile an image to put on the pi. Do any of y’all know where I can get an iso/image to start with?

If not, do y’all know of any fun/unique OS for the pi zero 2? I want something more off beat but not too difficult to install.

Keybindings on #Gnome are horrible because, yes, they allow you to customize them, but some keybindings are hard coded even if you add a replacement. Most of these have to do with the meta(Super) key which I use extensively to navigate.
