“You are just ill. You know the flu will be over in a couple of days. Max 2-3 weeks. Then you can run again. Be glad, being ill with a cold or flu is much better than being injured or having niggles. With those you don’t know what will happen, when and how you will recover. Everyone injured would prefer to just be sick a few days.”
