Het plot is doorzichtig. De verhaal ín het verhaal stoort enorm. Het hoofdpersonage Joona Linna komt weinig aan bod. Het schrijfwerk lijkt meer op scenarioschrijven dan een lopend verhaal.
Het boek boeide net genoeg dat ik het uitgelezen heb dus wel 3 sterren maar ik begin niet aan de rest van de reeks. #Thriller#Boeken

Trouwens, "Middernacht" van Amy McCulloch ook uitgelezen.
Niet spectaculair en ik wist al wie de dader was halverwege het boek maar de subplots waren interessant en het hoofdpersonage niet zo'n domme muts als in "Ademloos".

Thriller dziejący się w Bieszczadach, który trochę nawet potrafi zaskoczyć. Język autora jest giętki i poczytny, natomiast mam wrażenie, że autor trochę przesadził w "mastermind" planie postaci i mimo że zakończenie jest zaskakujące, to trochę też pozostawia pytań. A to nie jest gatunek i taka książka, która powinna takie pytania zadawać. Tym niemniej, można spróbować.

DELICIOUSLY TWISTY 21st CENTURY GOTHIC has a thrill a minute, a house to die for, and a wealth of sharply drawn characters. Shades of Daphne du Maurier (which I mean as a high compliment)! B PLUS
Very fun, somewhat disturbing book. The main baddie, Michael Bekker, has to be the most disturbed (and probably the most evil) of the killers of the 8 "Preys" I've read. I deal in healthcare, and how he abused his position to access victims in a hospital was something a bit too much for me.
