I learned secondhand that there's been a big spam surge in the fediverse. Thankfully, I'm amongst responsible and competent anarchists, so whatever may have made it's way in here appears to have been promptly dealt with.
I've been on #Mastodon for almost a year now. There was a learning curve, but thanks to #Feditips and a fantastic #Admin team, I feel very at home here on #Kolektiva. For those who remember me from the #HellBirdSite, all my non-political interests can be found at @ShadowPlay -- where I post about #StarTrek, #Horror, #SiouxsieSioux, cat pics, and all the other "fun" stuff I used to post about (when I wasn't on a rant about Fukushima/TEPCO, or other corruption). That basically is a public admission that Misskey admins are not sufficiently competent to protect data about people, and everyone should be discouraged about signing up there.
