Yellow watermelons are the best and sweetest. Watermelon is called Pakwan in local Filipino language. Vendors always make a show of making pitik (how does this verb translate to English, can someone help me out, please?) to determine if one is "sweet". Especially, the children had a lot of fun and were curious. Some drank homemade #applejuice for the first time in their lifes!
