Trying to get away from buying heavily processed vegan meat substitutes and making more use of tofu.
My go to is pressing and thinly slicing firm tofu into strips, and marinading in dark soy sauce, maple syrup and whatever spicy sauce I have. I then air fry them for about 7 minutes.

Hab den Grillbacon bissl übermotiviert gebraten, weswegen er ein bisschen sehr äh...crunchy geworden ist. Hätte ich da mehr aufgepasst, wär er perfekt gewesen. Würde allerdings dazu raten, die Marinade ein bisschen abzutupfen.
Die Krakauer sind schön würzig & haben sogar n leichten Knack. Kamen hier gut an.
