@yesjohn I went outside with just my keys and a book last night for a couple hours and it set off a mental reset. That was nice. I'm starting to feel burned out at work though. Overall doing OK

It's kind of annoying how if you try to search for playlists to find new Japanese artists, most of the keywords are flooded by people from the anglosphere using google translate because Japanese words are cool and aesthetic so you just find the same stuff that's already popular abroad or stuff that isn't even from Japan

Speaking of Ghost of Tsushima. Played it for quite a few hours on PS4, but aside me geting openworld-fatique really easily if I don't care for the setting/etc, the game also has HONORABLE ENGLISH WITH FAKE ASIAN PRONUNCIATION which I fucking hate. so I never finished it

Maybe I should have warmed up with a set of deadlifts at one plate. I did them wrong because I was compromising for not having the back strength - felt some lower back getting more intense each rep, so I decided to stop before doing the last.
