New (yet again belated) review! 230 - Hollow Knight
This week we joined our mysterious bug Knight and delve down into the deep dark tunnels of the ruined kingdom of Hallownest in Team Cherry's magnificent metroidvania
#BLOG day! This week, we’ll take a look at how to render caustics using photon mapping.
Proposed by Henrik Wann Jensen in 1996, photon mapping is a global illumination algorithm that shoots out photons at light sources and store their scene interaction information in something called a “photon map”, to be reused later in the calculation of indirect lighting.

Probably going to be my last blog on MyFigureCollection for a while since I won't be spending a lot of time there. #blogging#blogger#blogs#blog#blogpost
Hey there. I'm an Australian flash fiction author. I've been working on a novella which I'd like to share.
In the fifth instalment of the 'New Beginnings' series titled 'A mother's love' Lee's worst nightmare has come to fruition and the move to Malandra has thrown her life into chaos. She is hanging on by a thread as she contemplates the worst thing that a parent could imagine. Mick, the local constable goes on the hunt for the children, fearful of what he may find out.
While you're there, read the rest of the 'New Beginnings' series and browse through my other stories.
Another day trying out #Calckey as my alt account.
It has a lot of different features like groups, antennas, pages, etc. I've started dabbling in each of them, but honestly - they haven't been very useful based on how I use my social media accounts.
I'm sure they are very helpful for some, so it is neat that they have those features. Just, not for me.
I've decided to go back to blogging using the #Wordpress
platform (rather than static HTML), thanks to the incredible #ActivityPub plugin that makes the blog part of the #fediverse.
While there are still lots of kinks to work out (and more than 20+ years worth of old blog posts to eventually migrate), I'm happy with the results thus far.
So... if you would like to follow my blog posts on the fediverse, please follow my account at: @jmb
Does anyone here know what happened to paper.wf? It's been down for at least 3 days for me, and I don't have backups of most of my material. #blog#Fediverse
