I'm not up and am unmoving here this lovely morning. I'm just sitting n slowly slurping my coffee as I peruse my not-do list of #myday of Honey-doins not being done and looking forward to checking em off as each one is left for sometime later #today or maybe tomorrow..😉
I know that the wife isn't too keen on my slothful slacking on my Saturdays. So, no doubt she will have a few Honey-doins that she will insist I get honey-done. But I figure, if I procrastinate properly and slog along slowly, I just might make em take all day getting done. Don't want to leave any unused time for one of her special "honey, you busy's" to #joinin here someplace, ya know? 🤔

I was already having an #age#crisis when the skin around my eyes suddenly swelled up. #Today I found out why. The reason is not my age. I have urticaria for the first time ever. My neck also itches. Have you ever had this? 😮😮 #symptoms#finland
We had a terrible traffic jam in #finland#today. Especially in #Helsinki. Busses were late or they didn't arrive at all. Trams didn't work. The last time something similar was experienced in #Helsinki more than 50 years ago.
Do not think I'm addicted to guns. I'm not. When I was young, sports shooting was my #hobby. One couple gave time to young people and it was important at that age. I used to shoot with an air rifle but #today I had a chance to try Practical #shooting with a #pistol in Lieksa and it was a lot of fun. #suomimastodon#finland#sports
I have been so #busy at #work recently. It seems that everyone is getting ready for a #Christmas#break and people want to clear their task lists. What else? My #mother got a #dementia diagnosis yesterday, so now both of my parents have #alzheimers. 🥺 I will spend Christmas with them in my home village. So today we’re off to the lowlands of Lancashire to celebrate my nephews’ 18th birthday. I would be more excited but he is somewhat of an ungrateful, spoiled thing so we don’t really get on.
Still gotta welcome him to adulthood I guess !

Doctors found out that my #mother has three broken bones - vertebra in her spine and two ribs. She uses strong painkillers daily, so she had not noticed new pain. I just cycled home from the #gym. It was so cold!! I took my #bike to the basement. In the spring, we will meet again. ♥️ #today#suomimastodon#finland#winteriscoming

#Today I have participated in boot Yoga🥴2 different classes. I couldn’t finish the 2nd class, her voice was annoying 🤭 but the 1st class was beneficial. I’ve been exploring different yoga classes everyday.
I’ve been keeping up with my meditation at least once a day to maintain my sanity. I practiced meditation for yrs, but fell out of practice and became lazy.
It’s a gorgeous day here in the woodlands of MO🌞
