I'll happily lie around half the day when it's my choice, but now I'm on two days of bed rest so I want to go hiking or play kickball.
(Realistically: I'm recovering from 5 days of extreme foot #pain after a week of walking around in #Galapagos, on osteoporotic feet that were already trashed from #rheumatoid disease and a fracture. I can't realistically play kickball, and the bedrest is to recover from TEN steroid injections into my foot joints after destroying them further there.)
They say coffee is sometimes the cause of a migraine. However, some research shows caffeine can actually help with the attacks and/or boost the effects of ibuprofein (which doesn't really help with the migraine itself but the pain).
Got a frustrating slow grower-pain today so decided to test it, because I have nothing to lose when it hits. It seems one shot of espresso does help. What a strange thing. I'm sure it depends on the individual, but good to know from now on.
If things go bad & I can’t get #pain#meds on time, can anyone recommend #herbs/remedies/whatever to help withdrawal?
Also, is there anything legal & equivalent in pain control to 25ug fentanyl (not as strong as you think). If I can find something I don’t need a script for that would be great so I’m not held hostage like this in future.

j'ai fait du pain aux graines.
pour cela, j'ai roulé chaque boule de pâte, 6 en tout, dans un mélange alterné de graines avant de mettre chaque boule dans un moule à cake.
j'ai également roulé les pâtons dans les graines pour leur dessous : c'est ma partie préférée du pain, les graines grillées incrustées dans la pâte trouvées par hasard au fond du moule.
Eh ben là, j'ai aidé un peu beaucoup le hasard 🤭 !

le ptit mind blown culinaire du soir : j'aime bien les sandwiches au saucisson, mais le pain de mie est trop sec, et la baguette a une croute un peu dure, elle ne reste pas fraiche longtemps aussi.
je viens de tenter un roulé avec un pain durum (le pain plat à tacos), au diamètre une ligne de beurre comme la baguette et une ligne de tranches de rosette. j'ai ensuite plié un côté par dessus et roulé le tout.

For decades, I've experienced pain in my teeth after warming up inside after being out in the cold for a while (e.g., 30 minute walk). (The "cold" doesn't even have to be very cold: low 50s F can do it to me.) The pain can be pretty severe, and last for hours. I've mentioned it to numerous dentists, but none have had anything helpful to say. Today, I finally found a paper describing the phenomenon.
