Dla fandomu Bring Me The Horizon oczekiwanie na nową płytę trwało cztery lata – najdłużej w karierze zespołu. Jak część z was wie, ja na tę karuzelę wskoczyłam stosunkowo niedawno, ale i tak zdążyłam być świadkinią zapowiedzi wydania płyty, przesunięcia terminu jej wydania (raz oficjalnie i raz pół-oficjalnie), a także dość ważnej zmiany w składzie samego zespołu, na to całe zamieszanie bowiem nałożyło się jeszcze odejście Jordana Fisha. Ale w końcu mamy to! 23 maja, BMTH podali datę premiery – następnego dnia o północy. I tak oto od 24 maja możemy się cieszyć drugą częścią serii Post Human, czyli albumem Post Human: Nex Gen (w tekście będę go nazywać Nex Gen albo PH:NG).
Czy było warto czekać? Jaką historię opowiada ten album? I co ważniejsze, czy to jest historia, która obchodzi wyłącznie fanów zespołu, czy też jest od tego… większa? Nie wiem, ale mam swoje przemyślenia na ten temat.
