@Rjdlandscapes "Conservative" always work for homeowners/real estate owners. People not owning a house are not considered worthwile for "Conservative." Only a house enables you do be on the escalator to wealth - created by "Conservative."

The article only talks about Apple but the proposed amendments of the IPA (sadly not the beer but the Investigatory Powers Act) would require any manufacturer WORLDWIDE to stop fixing a software bug which is exploited by UK law enforcement or secret services. Such an overreach is unprecedented.
They're so delusional to think they could enforce that worldwide.

Nur beim AUTO - da haben die meisten Narrenfreiheit. Fahren wie eine Sau, schneller als erlaubt ist ein Kavaliersdelikt, lรคcherliche Strafen und wenn man Falschparker die behindern anzeigt werden die Deutschen wรผtend.

Last weekend due to track overhaul, there was no subway between Euclid Ave and Howard Beach/JFK Airport resp Lefferts Blvd in Ozone Park,
The buses ran so frequently that they had 2 cars(!) in average between - and all were full! Congestion. Just to replace one(!) subway line!

Self-driving vehicles should be legally banned. Unlike actual autopilot in aircraft, their capabilities are not good enough for use due to a far more dynamic and urgently changing environment than normal flight environment, and as a result theyโ€™re a danger to everyone else.

What we need more are more safety and driver assist features (radar detection, cameras for dead angles) and longer term removing as many cars - electric, gas, whatever - from the road as possible

@mybarkingdogs Actually autopilots in aircraft are much more limited because they don't need to be very complicated. Pilots are well trained about what they can and cannot do. They can maintain and alter heading and height along programmed waypoints and pilots' inputs. And moving down an aircraft up to some 100ft over runway height - if ILS is available.
Car traffic is way More complicated.
