This trial exposed how much David Pecker helped Trump by constantly putting fake negative news about his opponents on every grocery store aisle in America. Pecker freely admitted it. I wonder if that exposure has done anything to change the minds of people who believed those stories. Or whether these people might view future tabloid headlines with a more skeptical eye. Probably not.

I know next to nothing about the tech involved, but a European Mastodon friend told me that https://invidious.lunar.icu/ was a privacy-friendly alternative to YouTube. I've been using it for a little while now to share music links.

Sounds like a good idea, though, to include info identifying any links, as Skullvalanche suggests.

You may find Ann Coulter (Coultergeist) brings little of value to the table, but her vitriolic rhetoric on Fox is what first woke me up to the hate of the Other that was infiltrating the GOP about 20 years ago.

I left the GOP then, mostly because of Coulter, and because George Bush failed humanity with his lack of requisite compassion during Katrina.

So thanks, Ann. Carry on your ugliness, and may God keep exposing it to the light as more Republicans run away from you.
