Added switches to open the barrier to a room containing a Legendary Charm (ie: a powerup 😁).

The charm room is always a dead-end off the main path, so you have to go looking for it :)

OK, that's better 😁

Running at 50fps a lot of the time, and 25fps when it has to refresh the h and v edges on the same frame. I'm aiming at 25fps anyway so I'm not sure it's worth pursuring spreading the edge updates over multiple frames.

It does take 1-2s to set up each room though, which feels like a lot. I could bake the data it's setting up into the room data though, I'll see how much space that takes.
