@geordie I accidentally bought 2 when I meant to buy GU10 spots. Horrifyingly ugly, but works surprisingly well.

Definitely retrofit with proper flush-fit 120° LED downlights if you can though. We did it for the majority of the old halogen downlights here and it’s so much better.

@flangey @gsuberland I think that’s kinda the problem - for all their design faults and cost-cutting shenanigans, they are pretty damn tolerant of physical abuse. I know one that dived out of a drone and bounced for 30M down an asphalt carpark, which worked fine after (unfortunately that RPi is now lost somewhere in the Murray-Sunset National Park, along with the LoRaWAN radio and drone it was attached to)
