@tedel I’m not a corporate espionage expert, so I wouldn’t know. I am however an employee that likes the idea that I have the freedom to leave a company and get another job in the profession I’ve based my entire career on. I’m a big fan of worker-friendly policies that allow me to continue to do what I do best and earn a living.

Me too. Non-competes have the effect of trapping people in jobs they'd prefer to leave, allowing companies far too much leeway to mistreat them. Very pleased to see them go.
My daughter just released her first single. She wrote, recorded, produced, and mastered the entire thing over Christmas break in her childhood bedroom. I'm pretty excited about it and mega proud of her.
