Israel has targeted health care facilities at least 450 times since October 7, the United Nations (U.N.) agency said. Those attacks and others have killed at least 723 health workers and injured another 924, per WHO’s report. No hospital in Gaza is currently operating at full capacity, WHO reported. The Kuwait Hospital in Rafah, for example, was completely shut down on Monday after an Israeli airstrike.

: The video footage coming out about this massacre is extremely graphic and will stay with you for the rest of your life if you choose to watch it. It shows charred and dismembered bodies, and small children whose heads are missing and partly missing. On social media I’ve seen numerous people observing that the lies about Hamas beheading babies on October 7 have been used by Israel to justify atrocities in which actual babies are really being beheaded.
Electronic Intifada’s Ali Abunimah notes that this was at a camp which just days ago Israel had told civilians was a safe zone that they should move to.

Bulldozers have been demolishing homes, crushing cars, digging up roads and destroying roundabouts. I’m unclear if there was a secret Hamas megabase under one of those roundabouts, but the parked vehicles must have been up to no good. The only other possibility is that this was destruction for destruction’s sake.

Aid agencies are running out food since the crossings have been closed and a full blown famine is raging in the north. Settlers destroyed food and trucks in the Hebron, about 1% of the incoming food before the massacres started. Israeli lawyer and peace activist Sapir Sluzker Amran who documented the looting and destruction says IDF just watched including when settlers attacked her.
