This time they created a commercial account in our name and dropped a nearly $6,000 bill on us out of nowhere; when we finally got access to this account, which we never set up and never received any paperwork or bills, it shows months last year of 0 power consumption followed by a race to make up for lost revenue by charging almost $700 in a subsequent month.
